There is a creative side to everyone and it is this innovativeness that distinguishes between a leader and a follower. The team of Quadruple was given an opportunity not only to showcase their creative thoughts, but also the platform to convert these thoughts into Business executions. It is, after all, ideas that inspire change. We attempt to build a company culture that unleashes creativity, wherein the team generates their best out of the box ideas, execute on these ideas with precision and leverage networks and partners to make new ideas successful! An idea is only an idea until you convert it into something meaningful. And, we believe, that’s where innovation starts.

Kick started 2012 with Christmas and New Year Celebrations, having a grand employee gathering.

The event of bidding goodbye to 2011 and welcoming the New Year created excitement within the team. The celebrations began with cake cutting and meeting Santa, followed by fun games to induce high spirits for the upcoming year.

We helped the best of the employees realize the leaders within themselves and bring this quality to their best.

LEDP (Leadership Excellence Development Program): We believe there is a leader within every individual. All Quadruple will do is hone the best talent to bring out their leadership potentiality and make it evident. Identifying, grooming and creating Future Leaders from within, to embrace the spirit of the game by taking the Organization into its next phase of growth, is the core of this concept. We make sure that key candidates receive the kind of Training that helps them develop. We would like to create Leaders who demonstrate a fierce desire to win, and inspire each team player to be their best.

For betterment in Employee interaction, the Fun Club volunteers organized Team Building activities and the Sports Club volunteers initiated indoor and outdoor games like Carom, Chess, Cricket and Badminton matches. This made the workplace more vibrant and helped strengthen bonding between the employees, making them better team players.
